What are the modes of payment?

We accept payment through BPI Bank Transfer/Online Deposit and GCash.

Once paid, kindly send the proof of payment to 3773.mnl@gmail.com. Please include the following details:
Subject: Payment for Order #_____
Body: Name, Contact Number, Proof of Payment

Your item will be reserved until 6pm of the next day.
Unpaid orders by 6pm will automatically be cancelled.

When will I receive my order if the item is on-hand? How much is the shipping fee?

If the item is on hand:

Metro Manila: 1-4 working days from shipping date; Shipping Fee is P150 and will be included in the cost upon checkout

Provincial: 5-10 working days from shipping date; Shipping fee is P250 except for the following areas: Batanes - P450, Palawan - P300, Bohol - P280.
Shipping fee will be included in the cost upon checkout.

We will reach out to you in case there are unexpected delays.

Your order will be packed and shipped once payment is cleared.
For payments cleared on a Friday, shipping will be done on the next working day.
No shipping on weekends and holidays. 

If an item is on hand, may I have it picked up within the day?

For same day pick up requests, message us on IG between 10am-3pm, Mon-Fri.

Please message us first before making the purchase to see if same day pick up can be accommodated.

Pick up is from Taguig and shall be arranged by the buyer. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer.

How soon will I receive pre-ordered items? How much is the shipping fee?

For pre-orders, we ask for 14-20 working days to have the items ready (unless specified otherwise), starting from the day we receive your payment. If you need an item earlier, message us on IG and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

We'll send you a message when your order is ready and packed for shipping.

Shipping will take 1-4 days for Metro Manila and 5-10 days for Provincial. Fees are calculated upon checkout:
- Metro Manila: P150
- Provincial: P250 (except for the following areas: Batanes - P450, Palawan - P300, Bohol - P280). Shipping fee will be included in the cost upon checkout.

No shipping on weekends and holidays.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns for items that are damaged before shipping. Should this be the case, we will take on the shipping cost of returning the items to us. If the items were damaged during transit, returns will not be allowed. Returns must be done within 5 days of receipt, and must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed).

Options for returned items are:

- Exchange with the same/ a different item that we have on hand. Should the replacement item be of higher value, buyer shall shoulder the additional amount. If additional payment is needed for the replacement item, it will only be reserved until 6pm of the next day. If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the excess amount. Shipping fee for the replacement item will be shouldered by the buyer.
- Refund through the original payment method

Refund will include the initial shipping fee that you paid for.

- Body: Name, Address, Contact No., and Reason for Return with photo.

We will reach out to you regarding pick-up of the item between Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm.
